Return Policy

Return Policy:
We offer full 30-days for returns on all our items, for any reason, as long as it is returned in its original, new condition. We will cover the return shipping cost if damaged or the wrong item was sent. We may request images of the item and shipping packaging before accepting the return. In most cases the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping but as long as the item is returned in the same condition as received there will not be any restocking fees. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. The item should be returned in a separate box for shipping so original product packaging is not damaged.

Damages and issues: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pease retain all shipping packaging for any damaged item received.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: 
We will not accept back items that have been damaged from use or that have been painted. Please contact us at if you are wanting to return an item that failed within the first 30 days from when it arrived to you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know the refund was issued. A restocking fee may be applied if the item is not returned in original condition and packaging.
