Hassle Free Returns
We offer full 30-day FREE returns on all our items, for any reason, if returned in its original, new condition from the time your item arrived to you.
To be eligible for the FREE return with NO restocking fee, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. The item should be returned in a separate box for shipping so original product packaging is not damaged.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com When contacting us, be sure to include your order number and the issue you have with the item. All accepted returns will be issued a prepaid return label sent to the email you submitted when ordering. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept back items that have been damaged from use or that have been painted. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are wanting to return an item that failed within the first 30 days from when it arrived to you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved and if it qualified for our Hassle Free Returns. A restock fee may be applied if the item is not returned in original condition and packaging.
